Do I need a website to use the POS?
No. You can use it as a standalone POS for your shop and connect a WooCommerce or Shopify store later, without starting again.
Which platforms does it work with?
WooCommerce (WordPress) first. A Shopify app is in development. Both share the same POS screens and features.
Does it work if the internet goes down?
Yes. Checkout keeps working offline using the products already on the device. Sales are stored safely and synced once, without duplicates, when the connection returns.
Which languages and currencies are supported?
Any currency, tax setup and time zone. The POS is translation-ready, including right-to-left languages like Arabic and Urdu.

Is there a free trial?
Basic, Standard and Professional come with a 14-day free trial. Premium starts with a short demo so we can set it up around your workflow.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account. New features unlock within minutes.
How many websites can I use one licence on?
Each plan includes a number of live sites (see Pricing). Staging and local test sites are free and do not count.
What happens if my subscription ends?
You never lose your data. After a grace period paid features pause, and you can always view and export your records.
Data & security
Who owns my data?
You do. With WooCommerce it stays in your own WordPress database. You can export everything to CSV or Excel at any time.
Can staff see my profit?
Only if you allow it. Cost prices and profit are hidden from cashiers and managers by default, and this is enforced on the server, not just hidden on screen.
How does the AI handle my data?
The AI only reads what the signed-in user is allowed to see, and figures come from your real database, never guessed. AI features are optional.

Which hardware do I need?
A computer or tablet with a modern browser. USB barcode scanners work out of the box. For thermal receipt and label printers on Windows, our free Print Agent app connects them. See the Hardware page.
Can I move from my current POS?
Yes. Import products, customers and stock from Excel or CSV with a mapping wizard. Professional and Premium include tools for full history, and we offer a paid migration service.
How do I get help?
Every plan includes the help centre and email support. Higher plans get faster replies, chat and onboarding.
